On Friday of our Disney vacation, we started off the day by having breakfast at the famous "Chef Mickey's." This restaurant is located in the Contemporary Resort where we stayed, so it was nice to just talk downstairs for breakfast.
.....
.....
Chef Mickey's is a character dining experience with all of the traditional Disney characters. They have a great breakfast buffet, and eating here during breakfast was best for our busy schedule. We were so excited for this breakfast with Mickey and friends!

.....
Goofy!
.....
Mickey Mouse!
.....
Donald Duck!
.....
.....
We even celebrated the kids' birthdays with breakfast birthday cupcakes and a Happy Birthday song!
.....
Minnie Mouse!
.....
.....
Pluto!
.....
After Chef Mickey's, it was time to head out for another day at the Magic Kingdom. Chef Mickey's was lots of fun and pretty crazy, so LilliAnn was already a little worn out before our day had even started!
.....
But Reid was ready to go! We didn't have much of an itinerary for this day, which made Jeb really happy!
.....
First stop? Tomorrowland to meet Buzz Lightyear!
.....
.....
.....
.....
After meeting Buzz it was time to ride to the Space Ranger spin! This ride is in Tomorrowland and is one of the busiest rides at WDW! It's glow-in-the-dark and you get to shoot at space creatures...a little boy's dream! Reid wanted to ride twice, and luckily the lines weren't very long as the park had just opened. Reid's face in this first pic just cracks me up! Look at that concentration!
.....
We took a little stroll around the castle gardens on our way to Adventureland.
.....
.....
.....
.....
.....
.....
Our stop was the Magic Carpets of Aladdin, and unexpectedly, one of the kids' favorite rides!
.....
.....
.....
.....
Getting "spit on" by the giant camel water fountain!
.....
We had reservations for the Pirates League at 12:30, so we grabbed a couple of corn dogs (healthy, right?) before it was time to walk the plank!
.....
Jungle Cruise...this was a fun ride...especially for smaller children.
.....
.....
Splash Mountain. One of WDW's most famous rides and Reid's favorite ride of the entire trip!
.....
He rode twice, of course! And he took his Nana for a splash the second time!
.....
.....
Next, it was time to head to The Pirates League! This little shop is located in Adventureland and I highly recommend doing this if you have a boy (or a little girl who loves pirates!). Even Jeb and I had a blast! After picking out which pirates we wanted to be, we had to spin the treasure chest to reveal our pirate names!
Jeb: Thomas Cannonshot
Kelli Ann: Meg Wavewrecker

Waiting their turn for make-up!

telling me a pirate tale...

LilliAnn got to do Bibbity Bobbity Boutique for her birthday, so The Pirates League was for Reid. However, I think LilliAnn might have enjoyed being a "mean pirate girl" more than being a princess! She was walking around saying, "Arrrghhh! I'm a mean pirate girl!"
.....
.....
.....
His make-up was great!
.....
.....
After the Pirates League we rode Pirates of the Caribbean. Reid LOVES Captain Jack Sparrow, so this ride was a big hit! The line was long and there are no fast passes for this ride, so LilliAnn fell asleep for this one. After the ride we got a couple more frozen bananas (Disney has the BEST chocolate frozen bananas!) and then headed back to the hotel. We had one more day in Orlando and needed to be well rested for Universal Studios! We couldn't leave Orlando without meeting "the real Spiderman!" However, instead of naps it was the hotel pool, water slide, and arcade! There's no resting at Disney World!!
