Playing Catch Up

Things have been a little chaotic around our place lately, but I finally got caught up on the blog! Over the past month we've spent a lot of time with our family celebrating the little joys in life. We were reminded that God is ALWAYS in control and how important it is to focus on our faith in Him. Click on the following links and you'll see how we ended 2009 with a bang!

Coming soon...2009: A Look Back

Play Day

A few weeks ago, in the midst of all the chaos, we took Reid to Incredible Pizza for a play day. He had an absolute blast! At first I thought he was going to be too small for most of the games, but they had bowling, golf, and a little toddler area that Reid just loved!
..........
Of course, this junior sized basketball game was his favorite. We spent most of our time right here, letting him shoot over and over again. He loves playing basketball and is actually really good! He has his own goal at our house and Nana and Papa's house so he got quite a few tickets playing this game.
..........
Next we rode the horse in the toddler area. He kept saying "Yee Haw Horsey!"

..........
..........
This game wasn't working but he kept going back to it and saying, "I want ball momma!"
..........
Other than the basketball game, this was Reid's other favorite part of the day...riding the choo choo train. After his turn was over we would have to pry him off in order to let other kids have their turn. He would then start crying and we'd have to stand there and wait for our turn again while he was trying to get down and jump the fence to ride!

..........
and it's back to basketball again...
..........
.........
He wasn't too sure what to think about the airplane. As soon as it went up into the air he was reaching for me and saying "dooown, doooooown, momma!"
..........
..........
I think he's better at golf than his daddy!
..........
He didn't quite get it that you were supposed to roll up the ramp.
..........
Bowling with Grayson
..........
I think Reid's really going to be into sports because he loves any game that has to do with a ball!
..........
These bowling balls were the perfect size for little toddlers.
..........
A little coaching from daddy

Our day at Incredible Pizza truly was incredible! It was nice to spend the day having some fun with Jeb and Reid, especially since we had spent most of the previous few days up at the hospital. Reid was able to run around and let out some energy and pregnant mommy enjoyed the pizza buffet and ice cream! We'll definitely be making another trip to here soon!
