happy Easter. 2015

Easter. Yep…that was several months back. I'm trying really hard this week to get caught up on my blog. I can't believe I've gone a month and a half without posting! Some of these may be short and sweet…or mostly pictures.
…..
We started off our Easter celebration this year with dinner and egg coloring at Gam-Ma Missy's house!
…..
And in true Rollins kid fashion, they took their egg decorating very seriously!
…..
Reid made a "batman" egg...
…..
And baby Rush played with cars! He was only into throwing the eggs, which wasn't working out too well!
…..
No help from mom…and I think they turned out great!
…..
The following morning, our family went to the Immanuel Baptist Church egg hunt. Rush had the biggest time putting eggs in his basket!
…..
…..
It was pretty cold that morning, and this is about all of the egg hunting that sis wanted to do. She said she was too cold to hunt Easter eggs…such a little princess!
…..
…..
…..
Rush called the eggs "balls" and would pick one up and say, "ball?"
…..
…..
Reid and Cason's baskets were overflowing with eggs!
…..
After the egg hunts were over, we headed inside to participate in the Easter tour. IBC did a little tour that told the story of Jesus's crucifixion and resurrection. This was the first year we have ever gone to this event, and it so neat!
…..
The kids got to sing songs and make crafts while learning about the Easter story.
…..
Listening closely about the people saying, "Hosanna!"
…..
…..
The kids each made a flower for the "prayer garden" and had to write something that they wanted to pray about. Reid wrote about Kevin Durant being hurt…so sweet!
…..
 He is RISEN!
At the end of the tour there was an empty tomb to represent Jesus rising from the dead and ascending back into heaven. The kids thought the tomb was pretty cool!
…..
That afternoon we went to Nana and Papa's house to color eggs. When we got there, we realized that a surprise visitor had been there and left Easter gifts! The big Easter bunny footprints were a huge hit! LilliAnn did a dance and said, "Look mom! I can't believe the Easter bunny brought us all of this stuff! This is just AMAZING!"
…..
More egg decorating… they were a little more messy this time!
…..
I'll admit I slacked off this year. Usually I have matching jammies for the kids to wear on Easter morning, but this year I dropped the ball. There was too much going on, but I don't think they minded much…especially Reid!
…..
I didn't get many pics because we woke up late to go to church in Newcastle with Uncle Kass.
…..
…..
All ready for the Easter service!
…..
The cutest kids ever…with matching outfits and everything!
…..
Kass has gone to Summit church all through college and really wanted us to join him for Easter Sunday. The service was amazing and it was such a great experience visiting a more contemporary church.
…..
…..
 my sweet family. so blessed!
…..
…..
…..
…..
Reid was pumped, because as soon as church was over he was heading to the Thunder game with his daddy, his Papa Kelbo, and Kass!
…..
While the guys were at the Thunder game, mom and I took LilliAnn and Rush to the Country Club for Easter brunch. There was a surprise visit from a special visitor. Rush thought he like him...
…..
 until he picked him up!
…..
 Lil loves the Easter bunny!
…..
…..
…..
…..
I love my sweet Easter baby in his Easter bubble!
…..
Thank you, Jesus, for this beautiful life!
