December 8: A Little Jingle in our Jangle!

Who doesn't just love to dress-up? I put a little basket of old Christmas "gear" in the play room one evening and the kids had a ball! We decided that our Christmas activity for this day would be to dress up in Christmas clothes and put a little jingle in our jangle! Reid was absolutely CRACKING ME UP! They walked into the bathroom and they both had Santa hats on and Christmas house shoes on their hands. LilliAnn didn't leave her gear on for long, but Reid danced around the bathroom in his!

Let's talk about this outfit...the elf hat was made for the kids last year for our Christmas card pictures (adorable, huh?), he's wearing LilliAnn's Santa diaper cover from last year (she was 8 months old and it fits him at age 3!), the slippers are from Reid's first Christmas when he was 8 months old, and he's wearing his reindeer house shoes from last year on his hands!

.....
LilliAnn was Reid's personal stylist :) She helped him keep his hat and mittens on!

Cutest Little Christmas Boy that I've EVER Seen!

I told him to make a silly face and this is what I got!
.....
.....
HO HO HO! He wanted to wear his Santa hat in the bathtub, so I filled the tub up with bubbles and let him make a Santa beard. I tried to get LilliAnn to put on her Santa hat and make a beard too, but she wouldn't leave the hat on and she did NOT like the soapy bubbles getting into her mouth.

making the perfect beard...
.....
"But mom...it's hard to have a beard and smile too!"
.....
Finally! A bearded smile!!!

 Best Looking Santa EVER!

Then we put away the beards and the hats, and finished our bath. It was such a fun, entertaining, and silly night! Looking forward to lots more Christmas cheer!
